Atlante

Atlante is a striking marine fragrance that captures the ocean in its most raw, mineral and seductive form. Created by perfumer Sarah McCartney, Atlante goes beyond the typical fresh aquatic fragrance, recreating the sensation of saltwater, wet rocks, seaweed and sun-bleached driftwood along the shoreline.

It opens with sparkling yuzu and pink pepper, immediately surrounded by the salty-green character of seaweed. As the fragrance develops, powdery orris and lily-of-the-valley soften the composition while an unusual wet-rock accord gives it a cool, mineral quality. The base sinks deeper into the sea with natural ambergris, seashells, cedar and driftwood, leaving a salty, woody and subtly sensual trail.

What It Smells Like

Imagine standing on a rocky coastline just after the tide retreats: salty air, wet stones, tangled seaweed and shells scattered across the shore, with bright citrus carried by the breeze.

The opening is crisp, briny and sparkling. Yuzu adds brightness, while seaweed creates a realistic ocean-water effect. The heart becomes smoother and slightly floral, but the distinctive mineral character remains.
