The Story

The Original is inspired by the private composition of Albert Fouquet, a perfume enthusiast of elite French society in the early twentieth century who blended scents for his own use. The Story

Ping-ponging through four generations of family history and tender community connections, the narrative threads a message of hope and togetherness, a coming-of-age story rather than an expected sugary sweetness. The fragrance began as a collaboration with the Salt & Straw ice cream shops.
