Refund & Return Policy
At La Jetée Perfumery, every fragrance is selected with care, and we want you to feel the same way about your purchase. If you need to initiate a return, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 10 business days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including sealed cellophane, when applicable).
• Products that have been opened or tested are not eligible for return, as they are no longer in resalable condition.
Refunds
• Eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
• A $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, tested, or used fragrances
• Items not returned in original condition
• Returns requested outside of the 10-day window
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@lajeteeperfumery.com with your order number. We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label to facilitate the process.

• Sale items
• Candles
• Soaps
• Body butter (Home & Body)
• Gift cards

Shipping & Claims Policy
Please note that La Jetée Perfumery is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is missing after shipment, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
We are happy to assist by providing any necessary documentation or support to help facilitate your claim, but final resolution must be handled through the carrier.
