This  powerful fragrance was designed as an Andalusian dream, imagined while strolling the Old Town of Cordoba. Cordoba is a Spanish city once famous for its “Cuir de Cordoue” also called Gold Leather, a unique technique of gold embossed  on leather hangings used as a tapestry.

The leathery and woody notes combined with saffron and vetiver revive this Cordoban leather heritage. These beautiful materials bring a strong and elegant character to Cuir Sacré.

A​ ​petite décadence that ​you’ll only understand when your tastes mature, when you’ve fully explored your sensuality. Our baptism into the darkness came about when we discovered Said London - the legendary Soho chocolatiers. Just walking in there off the cold, dark streets of W1 feels like a sensory reawakening, as you let their aromas into your airwaves, and the flavours onto your tongue. Said soon became a weekly, guilty pilgrimage spot for us, a place to train our senses. When it came to creating bottling our addictions, it was one of our first places we thought about. Bitter and sweet, without being bittersweet, ​Dark ​is a fragrance of pure indulgence.

Design

The Daymon comes in a unique flacon crowned by a Daymon ceramic made by the magnificent Tuscan artist Alessandro Reggioli. Hand-made each and every one. Daymon is looking out from the rounded box. Cautiously. Look at it and choose each other. The totem form, the soft wool and silk tail made by Neapolitan 38Verde coming out at the top and indeed the box is all deliberately different from other Mendittorosa boxes, because this is a statement.

Daymon will be accompanied by a special narrative project: The voice of Daymon, which has the ambition to give a voice to those who don’t have it.

During this period mendittorosa will host the words of Pierfilippo Agosti, father and poet, because we are convinced that dignity also resides in those who do not have words or do not know how to use it.

An island of shimmering amber in a sea of flowers  

Delma is a dreamy voyage to a magical island that has been marked by a single cross on a secret map.
The contrast between the bed of flowers and the dazzling feeling of finding a gem of sweetness is irresistible.

Delma Island is known for its pearl trade a story of legends and hidden treasures. This aromatic island is an escape into a kind of wonderland.

On the horizon, Delma Island emerges out of the morning fog. As the foot sets down on the white sand beach, a secret garden unfolds before the eyes. Short, lush trees are covered with pulpy peaches. Notes of mandarin and a green breeze of bergamot floats in the air.
As the trees give way to a meadow of flowers, a heady but sweet jasmine scent rises up before a wild bunch of freesias surrounded by a sea of geraniums. This is when the treasure is found.
The wind warms up in the centre of the island. Sizzling saffron, spiced patchouli, woody vanilla topped with a cloud of sweet marshmallow make the Delma Island shimmer with the smoothness of a pearl.
