The Story

Launched in 2023 as the first fragrance of the Les Potions d'Entéléchie collection, it draws on founder Joseph Quartana's personal healing experiences and on the Aristotelian idea of entelechy, the full realization of one's potential. It is conceived as a modern take on ancient aromatherapy built from essential oils, and began as an experiment to see whether the common pine could be elevated to something divine.

How It Smells

Opening
Soft, airy and slightly green, like fresh leaves touched by morning light, with a delicate, almost weightless brightness of cardamom, pink pepper, coriander, laurel leaf and Italian lemon.

Heart
A warm, golden heart emerges: mimosa, olibanum and violet leaf with pine and fir balsam, eucalyptus and coolwood. Subtle resins and a faint sweetness create a smooth, glowing effect that feels calming and centered.

Dry Down

Beaut'Air (2025) is the third instalment in Les Potions D'Entéléchie, the collection founder Joseph Quartana conceived during his recovery from surgery, drawing on Aristotle's idea of entelechy: healing, wellness and abundance. It was composed by perfumer Christina Christie. The scent moves like a breeze, subtle yet captivating, the feeling of clarity and of beauty that exists without effort.
