Dessert, reimagined as perfume. Poka by Pernoire is a vibrant, playful gourmand extrait: caramel popcorn, apple pie and cinnamon open onto roasted hazelnut and dried apricot, settling into vanilla and tonka. Composed by perfumer Andreas Wilhelm and launched in 2024 as a limited edition.

The Story

Poka is the Swiss house Pernoire's most gourmand release, a dessert in perfume form. Its name joins popcorn and caramel, its two central elements. It captures the playful side of luxury while keeping the sophistication of contemporary niche perfumery: lively and inviting yet refined and complex, for those who prefer individuality over convention.

How It Smells

Opening
An energetic opening of caramel popcorn, apple pie and cinnamon.

Heart
Roasted hazelnut, labdanum and dried apricot make it smoother and more sensual, with a polished depth.

Dry Down
Vanilla, musk, tonka bean and cedarwood leave a warm, enveloping, creamy trail.
