Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Visit us in person at our Orlando, Nashville, or Las Vegas boutiques if you're located outside the US.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly if you have a concern about your order.

About Niche Fragrance

What's the difference between Eau de Parfum and Extrait de Parfum?
Eau de Parfum is typically around 15 to 20 percent perfume oils, giving solid longevity with moderate projection. Extrait de Parfum is more concentrated, usually 20 to 40 percent, which means richer texture on skin, stronger longevity, and a softer, closer-to-skin projection.

What makes niche perfumery different from designer fragrance?
Niche houses generally use higher concentrations of fragrance oil, rarer raw materials, and smaller production runs than mass-market designer brands. The focus is on distinctive, often unconventional compositions rather than broad commercial appeal.

What is oud?
Oud, also called agarwood, is the dark, resinous heartwood of the aquilaria tree. It's one of the most prized and expensive materials in perfumery, prized for its animalic, smoky, leathery depth.

How should I choose a fragrance if I'm new to niche perfume?
Start with a scent family that matches what you already enjoy, fresh and citrus if you like lighter fragrances, woody or amber if you prefer something warmer. Our staff at each location can guide you through sampling before you commit to a full bottle.

Where are La Jetée Perfumery's locations?
We have boutiques in Orlando, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; and Las Vegas, Nevada, in addition to our online store.

Can I sample fragrances before buying?
Yes. All three boutique locations are set up for in-person sampling so you can experience a fragrance on your own skin before purchasing.

Do you offer samples for purchase?
Many of our fragrances are available in smaller sample sizes in addition to full bottles. Ask in-store or check individual product pages for available sizes.
