Sogno Reale

A royal dream drawn from the unconscious, where calm sea meets volcanic fumes. Mendittorosa Sogno Reale ("Royal Dream") is an elegant, mystical and dreamlike extrait from the house's Talismans Collection, pairing a sun-bright shock of lemon and bergamot with tuberose, hyraceum, warm rum and patchouli. It was composed by perfumer Amélie Bourgeois of Flair Paris, with concept and creative design by Stefania Squeglia.

The Story

Sogno Reale explores the boundary between dreams, spirituality and subconscious emotion through a soft, luminous floral composition wrapped in artistic depth. The house describes a visionary scent pulled from the unconscious mind through an ocean of gauzy marine dreams, a calm sea meeting volcanic fumes and woods. It is concentrated as an Extrait de Parfum at 24% and is conceived as a talisman.

How It Smells

Opening
Airy, luminous florals and soft powdery warmth, lit by the bright snap of lemon and bergamot over a salty marine and iodine accord.

Heart
Tuberose rises at the centre, wrapped in warm rum and patchouli, with an almost weightless, dreamy quality.

Dry Down
The fragrance evolves into creamy woods, musks and subtle resinous depth, with volcanic olibanum, hyraceum, styrax, sandalwood and amber woods keeping the emotional richness characteristic of Mendittorosa.
